Shipping and Payment Information
A. Shipping costs and information:
The goods can be shipped to all European countries as standard. Depending on the scope of your order, shipping is by DPD, UPS, DHL, by a forwarding agent or directly by Geba GmbH. Shipping costs are free for orders within Europe. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). The amount of the customs costs depends on the value of the goods and the prevailing local tax rate.

B. Payment Information:
I. For shipping within Europe:
When purchasing a carpet that has been stored, the total amount of the carpet is to be paid immediately online. When ordering a carpet that is not stored, you have the following payment options:
a) Immediate online payment of the total amount
b) Immediate online payment of the total amount After the order has been placed, you will receive the down payment invoice from us, the amount of which must be transferred to the account specified by Geba GmbH within seven days. You will receive an invoice for the remaining 70% as soon as your finished carpet has arrived in Graz. After receipt of your payment confirmation by email, the goods will be sent to you or delivered by us.
We offer the following payment options for deliveries, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. Advance payment via EPS
2. Credit card
3. Payment on account
II. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Payment in advance via EPS
With EPS you can pay directly from your bank account online in Austria. You will be redirected to your bank’s payment page to log in and authorize payments.
2. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
3. Payment on account
Pay conveniently after receiving the invoice.
C. Calculation of the delivery time
I. Buying a stored carpet:
In the case of payment in advance via EPS, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Delivery within Europe takes three to seven working days.
II. Ordering a carpet that is not in stock:
It takes three to five months to produce a commissioned rug, depending on the size and complexity of the design. Since our carpets comply with all fair trade guidelines, production can sometimes be extended by up to two weeks.
As soon as a carpet has been knotted, washed and dried, it is declared and delivered to the gallery in Graz. You will be informed in good time by phone or email.
When shipping by DPD, UPS, DHL, or by a forwarding agent, the above delivery time applies and the carpet will reach you within seven working days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of personal delivery, you will also be contacted by us to arrange an appointment for free delivery.
III. If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. Additional shipping costs do not apply.
